Abstract: 

Questions of interference of the law, religion and morals are considered. An important role in modern society is played by sense of justice, first of all as representation of fair and unfair, lawful and illegal. Religion, moral and law are pulled together by the estimatory, and not only by regulatory function. In religion and moral assessment of actions and acts of person are made by conscience and public opinion, and in law by court and sense of justice of society and reasonable person. Dependence of moral and religion is reflected, that means existence of moral codes of founders of the main world religions, places in the Scriptures of these religions. This aspect gains special relevance in connection with the existence of Muslim (Islamic) law in the Islamic states. Author's point of view on modern processes is reflected.
