Abstract: 

In the present article questions of ensuring access for every citizen of Russian Federation to court judgments in particular, and court activities of Russian Federation as a whole are considered. Principles of courts, judges, bodies of judicial community publicity are proved. Current Russian and international laws and standards from this area are analyzed, opinions of experts, the scientists-jurists, practicing lawyers are presented. Author's opinion on the need of providing effective possibility of the right to execution (including about the made decisions) and a open access to information on activity of courts by all persons of modern Russian society, and not just for example by representatives of appropriate authorities, the organizations, establishments, other persons participating in certain case is presented.
